1. Production Time

Every ceramic fridge magnet is custom-made from your photo. Our team uses AI-assisted artwork creation and careful design adjustment to turn your image into a personalized keepsake, then prints it onto a ceramic magnet using UV printing.

Production Time: Usually 2–4 business days, depending on photo quality, design complexity, and order volume.

Before production, we may send you a digital preview by email for confirmation when needed. Please review the preview carefully. Once the design is approved or production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

After your design is finalized, we will print it on the ceramic magnet, check the quality, and carefully pack it for shipment.

Each magnet is made just for you — small variations in color, texture, and print placement are part of the handmade custom process.

2. Packaging

Every ceramic fridge magnet is packed with care to help protect it during shipping.

Our packaging may include:

• protective wrapping for the ceramic surface;
  
• bubble wrap or cushioning material;
  
• sturdy mailer box or kraft packaging;
  
• additional protection for edges and corners.
  

Because ceramic products may be fragile, we carefully inspect and pack each order before shipping.

3. Shipping Area & Delivery Time

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If a free shipping offer is available, it will be shown on the product page, cart page, or checkout page.

5. Delivery & Damage Policy

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your ceramic magnet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• your order number;
  
• clear photos of the damaged product;
  
• photos of the packaging;
  
• a brief description of the issue.
  

If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, reprint, or other appropriate solution.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Because every product is personalized, cancellations are only possible before design work or production has started. Once your order enters the design, printing, or production stage, cancellation may no longer be available.

Q: Can I revise the design?

If we send you a preview before production, you may request reasonable adjustments before approval.

However, once the design is approved or the product has entered production, further revisions may not be possible.

Q: Will the final magnet look exactly like the preview?

We do our best to make the final product match the preview, but slight differences may occur due to screen color settings, ceramic texture, UV printing, lighting, and production tolerances.

These small variations are normal for custom printed ceramic products.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

We may offer faster shipping options depending on availability. If express shipping is available, it will appear at checkout.

Please note that express shipping only speeds up delivery time, not necessarily the production time.
