Because our products are personalized and made to order, the final product may vary slightly from the product images, digital previews, mockups, or examples shown on our website.

Product appearance may differ due to:

• AI illustration or editing variations;
  
• ceramic material texture;
  
• UV printing characteristics;
  
• cropping, scaling, layout, and production tolerances;

We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that the final product will look exactly the same as what appears on your screen.

Product descriptions, specifications, sizes, materials, packaging, pricing, and availability may be changed at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 — CUSTOM PHOTO UPLOADS AND USER CONTENT

When you upload photos, images, text, names, dates, messages, or other content to our website, you are responsible for making sure you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use that content.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, by uploading content to our Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, crop, resize, enhance, stylize, transform, print, manufacture, package, and ship the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing customer service, improving production quality, and operating the Services.

We will not use your personal uploaded photos in advertising, social media, website galleries, or other marketing materials without your permission.

SECTION 4 — AI-ASSISTED ARTWORK AND PHOTO TRANSFORMATION

Some of our products may involve AI-assisted photo enhancement, photo-to-illustration transformation, artistic rendering, background cleanup, style transfer, or similar creative processing.

You acknowledge that AI-assisted artwork may produce creative variations and may not be an exact reproduction of your original photo. Differences may include facial details, colors, clothing details, background interpretation, texture, lighting, and artistic style.

We may make reasonable adjustments to improve printability, composition, image clarity, and product presentation. However, we do not guarantee that every AI-generated or AI-assisted result will perfectly match your expectations.

If we provide a preview for approval, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully before confirming production. Once approved or once production begins, changes may not be possible.

SECTION 5 — ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product or service from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Your order is accepted only after we confirm the order and process your payment.

Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, cancellation requests may not be accepted once design work, AI processing, printing preparation, or production has started.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

• uploaded content violates these Terms;
  
• the photo quality is too low for production;
  
• payment cannot be processed;
  
• the shipping address is incomplete or invalid;
  
• the order appears fraudulent or suspicious;
  
• the product is unavailable;

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund where appropriate.

SECTION 6 — PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Personalized products are custom-made specifically for you. For this reason, they generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

The following issues are generally not considered defects:

• slight color differences between screen preview and printed product;
  
• minor cropping or layout differences;
  
• small variations in ceramic texture, edge, thickness, or finish;
  
• image quality issues caused by low-resolution or blurry uploaded photos;
  
• subjective dissatisfaction with an approved AI style or artwork;
  
• delays caused by shipping carriers or customs;
  
• normal production tolerances.
  

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy.

To request support for a damaged or defective item, you may be required to provide photos of the product, packaging, order number, and delivery information within 48 hours of delivery.

SECTION 7 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious error.

You are responsible for uploading clear, high-resolution photos suitable for printing. We may reject, request replacement, or proceed with the uploaded image depending on production feasibility.

Low-quality photos may result in blurry prints, reduced facial detail, color noise, distortion, or less accurate AI artwork.

We are not responsible for final product quality issues caused primarily by poor-quality uploaded files.

SECTION 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, product photos, graphics, text, videos, designs, layouts, artwork examples, product mockups, icons, and website design, is owned by or licensed to Mokie Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, scrape, download, or exploit any part of our Services without our prior written permission.

Mokie Studio’s name, logos, product names, designs, slogans, and visual identity may not be used without our written permission.
